Who I Am…

I’m a physician, husband, father, brother and friend. I have a lifetime of both professional and personal experience filled with successes, failures, and challenges that both shaped and inspired me.

I have blended roles as an acute care physician specializing in anesthesia and critical care medicine with a storied career in the Canadian Armed Forces. A journey that wound through serene landscapes of hospital rooms to conflict zones.

My story is one of evolution, it unfolds as a transition from the realms of healing to the nuanced role of a guide and partner in the world of executive coaching.

I have achieved a Graduate Certification in Executive Coaching (CEC) from Royal Roads University and proudly hold the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designation from the International Coaching Federation.

When not coaching or doctoring, I approach life with spontaneity as a great adventure. Sharing this with family and friends brings me great happiness and resilience.

Why Partner With Me…

Coaching isn’t a static engagement, it a living, breathing narrative of transformation and self discovery shaped by the dynamic currents of life’s challenges. I will craft an environment that transcends mere physical space – an experience marked by safety, support, nonjudgement, and challenge.

I am grounded in a history of teamwork and leadership amid stress and challenge – grace under pressure – this brings approachability to my practice. Those who have journeyed with me describe me as ‘humourous’, ‘disarming’, ‘creating safety’ and ‘relaxed and inviting’.

Are you ready for a coaching journey with me? As your coach, I will support you in recognizing your values, strengths, and priorities and help you get clarity and a way forward.
